Why is it so complicated to identify your next ideal job?

70% of French people think that their work does not allow them to fulfill themselves. It's a pity when we know that on average, the time spent at work represents 11.5 full years of our life, that is to say 69,000 hours.

But then, where does the problem come from?
The problem comes from the very conception of what we can call the "ideal job". Does the ideal job = passion job ? What do I really want to do in life? What is my ideal job? Do I need to change jobs? Let's imagine that I manage to identify my ideal job, how will I manage to get it then ?
