Why set up this training?

Many organizations advocate a common corporate culture, shared by all teams. But very few advocate a common management culture. There is no management charter to support managers in their day-to-day role and to ensure a common base in the way their individual management is expressed.

As an organization, not defining and disseminating a common managerial culture can have negative repercussions in the medium and long term:

  • Creation of important discrepancies from one team to another depending on the management style of the manager
  • Lack of a common management culture and difficulty in working as a team on transverse projects between managers and also between teams
  • Feeling of vagueness for your managers regarding the organization's expectations on their role and posture as managers

We are convinced that each organization must develop its own managerial culture, which must be driven by its management. It is in this spirit that we have created the training "Install a common managerial culture in your organization". Thanks to this training, your Executive Committee and your managers will learn to : 

  • Understand the values and rules of the common managerial culture developed by the Executive Committee 
  • To become aware of all its qualities and areas of development
  • Identify and develop your strengths as a Manager of the organization
  • Work on and anticipate key management moments to embody the common posture and disseminate the organization's values

Skills that will serve them throughout their career and as your organization evolves, to always pass on this managerial culture to those around them.

How to set up

The training "Installing a common managerial culture in your organization" is divided into 3 parts:

  • 2 times of 2 hours with the Management Committee to define the common managerial culture with 2 trainers
  • 3x3h per group of maximum 8 managers/directors for 3 collective sessions aiming at better understanding the role of manager and the relational stakes involved
  • 5 hours of individual training for each manager/director spread over 3 months (5 sessions of 1 hour each in sync with the trainer with the 5th session at D+6 months to evaluate progress)

The objective of this time division is to allow the beneficiaries to progress at their own pace and to accompany them effectively in their new position as Manager. Intermediate work is systematically required from one session to the next.

The individual sessions are preferably held by videoconference to adapt more easily to the beneficiary's schedule and the group sessions are held in person. 

During the training, each beneficiary has access to :

  • A digital platform to centralize all the useful information for the good progress of the training (planning and report of its sessions, to-do for the next session, space for sharing documents with the speaker etc.)
  • A video-conference system to participate in remote sessions
  • Workshops and teaching aids to progress through the sessions and validate the skills acquired
  • A library of inspiring content
  • If necessary, the training can be given in English

The trainings proposed by BOOST are Qualiopi certified and therefore 100% financeable by your OPCO. 

The price of the training is : 

  • 5000€/person for a trained staff between 1 and 5 persons
  • 4000€/person for a trained staff between 6 and 15 persons
  • 3000€/person for more than 15 people trained

As a bonus!

Because we know that the effectiveness of a training course is evaluated over time, we offer a follow-up session at 6 months, 3 months after the end of the training. The objective of this follow-up session is to validate and enhance the lessons learned during the training and to help the beneficiary apply them by reviewing situations he/she may have encountered since the end of the training.
